  • Fixed several responsive issues when the window is resized while in the experience.
  • Fixed an issue where video input options wouldn’t display properly in Firefox.
  • Fixed an issue where mic and camera permissions dialog would display before permission prompt was displayed.
  • Adjusted text in lobby to provide clearer indication of open and close hours.

New Features

  • Added copy to store hours to include the next available day of the week that the shop is open when a customer enters the lobby outside open hours.

  • Fixed an issue where the microphone would transmit for a moment before the countdown was complete when connecting a call.

  • Customer video will display as paused for the associate when they background their window or open another tab while on a live call.

  • Fixed an issue where geolocation would get stuck if it wasn’t detected by adding a timeout.
  • Fixed an issue where call timer would continue after associate ended the call.

  • Fixed an issue where the customer's camera would not preview in the lobby after they had disabled and re-enabled permissions.
  • Fixed an issue where customers were not able to enter an emoji in the name field.

  • Added additional error handling for incorrect name field entries.

  • Fixed an issue the appointment link wouldn’t redirect correctly if https:// wasn’t included in the URL.
  • Enhanced the product selection zapping to include more context when being received by the customer.
  • Fixed an issue where video control buttons would sometimes display on the background video in Safari.
  • Fixed an issue where the customer audio would stop sending in Safari in iOS when they open a separate tab or background the browser.

  • Fixed an issue where customers couldn’t connect on a call after the associate ended the previous call in less than 10 seconds after connecting.
  • Fixed an issue where customers video would still be displaying on their screen after the call was complete.
  • Fixed an issue with customers connecting from Firefox where they were unable to connect on a call after the previous call was ended by the associate.

New Features

  • Customers can now see merchant theme colours when hovering and interacting with buttons.
