  • Associates will now be prompted to update to the latest version when it is required to use the GhostRetail App.
  • Action logging has been added to assist in triaging any support requests or issues.
  • Support for direct links to the experience has been added.

  • Fixed an issue where the background for the daily summary would load the incorrect asset on first login.
  • Fixed an issue where the menu colour wouldn’t update after authentication until the app was reset.

New Features

  • Associates will now receive updates on the checkout steps if the customer runs into any issues in their checkout process such as incorrect formatting or card errors.
  • Associates will now see a pause screen when the customer backgrounds their browser or opens a new window.
  • Associates will now see a mute icon when the customer has their audio turned off.

  • Fixed an issue where associates would occasionally be unable to join a call with a customer due to a connection timeout by increasing timeout window from 10s to 30s.

  • Fixed an issue with the click area on the queue drawer so that it only collapses if you click the top area and not anywhere on the drawer.
  • Fixed an issue where the associate's camera would default to Off if they ended the previous call with their camera off.
  • Fixed an issue where selecting Logout during a call would generate unexpected behaviour by preventing associates from logging out during a live call.
  • Fixed an issue with bottom bar being partially cut off on iPhone 8.

New Features

  • Associates will now receive push notifications when a new customer joins the queue if the associate is set to “I’m Available” .
  • Associates will be brought directly to the queue drawer if they tap the notification from in-app, outside the app, and their lock screen.
